Our chef Andreas Scharler prepare delicious meals using local products. The cuisine is based on traditional Austrian recipes with an innovatively international touch. Many used products are from the region.

Your host Andreas Scharler is a certified sommelier and has a generous selection of Austrian wines ensuring that he has something to please every plate. He also cooks the 5-course meals each evening himself, thus ensuring consistent quality at a very high level.
Summer Half Board PLUS

By choosing our half board arrangement for your stay you can enjoy a wide range of included services in our restaurant. You can also choose to stay on a bed and breakfast.

Winter - Hotel Garni with Bistro à la carte

In winter we offer rooms with breakfast 7 days a week. Our restaurant in the evening will be converted to A la Carte. In the "Scharlers Bistro" you can expect honest uncomplicated dishes, tastefully spiced, creatively combined and served quickly.

The "Scharlers Bistro" is open 5 days a week from 5pm to 10pm (kitchen until 9 pm). Sunday and Monday is closed. A list of recommended restaurants is ready.

Half board in winter: Decide on breakfast if you like our 3 course daily menu
for only € 15, - per person (salads and soups from the buffet, 2 main courses to choose from, dessert)

Since we also want to cater for our guests on the rest days and afternoon, we have set up a "pleasure corner". Self-service machines filled high quality products.

External guests can also dine a la carte in our restaurant. You are welcome to choose from our evening menu. In addition, in summer you can choose from our 5-course daily menu. There are at least 12 main courses to choose from each day.

We ask for table reservation!

For smaller family celebrations or business lunches, we will gladly cook your desired menu. Chef and graduate sommelier Andreas Scharler likes to give several menu suggestions with appropriate wine accompaniment.
